As a Global speaker, Hakemia Jackson is a dynamic personality and highly-sought-after resource in business and professional circles for Fortune 500 CEOs, small business owners, non-profit and community leaders from all sectors of society looking to ignite, refine, and/or transform culture. She has partnered with organizations and leaders to translate theory into bottom-line results for her clients. Partnering with leaders and organizations from Africa to North America, Hakemia Jackson’s message connects deeply with people all across the world from all walks of life. Her passion and energy inspires audiences to step beyond their limitations and into their greatness within.

As the oldest of seven, she took on the call to lead by first helping her mother raise her younger siblings, while her mother went to work as a sanitation worker. Although her mother had her at sixteen, with little education, Hakemia believes her mother was the best teacher, professor and scholar she could ever know because she taught her that adversity does not stifle you, instead, it shapes you to be the best version of yourself.

With that golden nugget alone, Hakemia takes the stage using vulnerability, honesty and humor to create a space where talented leaders are being transformed into extraordinary achievers by using her own life, her in-depth study of others’ challenges, and her expertise to build an understanding of what works, what doesn’t work, and why.

Hakemia’s memorable keynote presentations are designed to help executives, leaders, and high-performing individuals identify and leverage their true power within. She partners with individuals and teams to increase awareness, productivity, communication, and agility to create sustainable growth for the future.

On most days, Hakemia enjoys long walks in her community with her husband Bradford and her 3 beautiful brown crowns: Neveah, Siani, and Bradford Jr.
